Edna was preceded in death by her parents, Arlous Pate and Bertha Mae Brown; her husband, the Late Carey Harper Jr.; son, Charles Ray Jorden; sisters, Ann Aldridge Pate and Eloise Webb; and her brother, Giles Pate.
She is survived by her grandson, Jimmy Jorden; great-grandson, Jimmy Jorden Jr.; brother, Jerry Pate; sisters, Barbara Key and Sylvia Fischer Pate; and many other Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Extended Family, and Loving Friends.
The family will receive visitors on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Leak Memory Chapel. A Graveside service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in Greenwood Cemetery.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Hospice of Montgomery, especially Lauren Fikes.
