

18, 2021 at the age of 79. A lifelong, faithful member of Frazer
United Methodist Church, she was involved in several classes
and volunteered too. She loved her church and was a member of
the Primetime Singles Sunday school class and TNT. She was
devoted to God, her family and her church. She loved her family
and enjoyed spending time with them. She worked as a nurse at
Jackson Hospital for 40 years. During her career, she had a short
stint at Good Samaritan Hospital in West Palm Beach, Florida.
After retirement, she was a member of the Jackson Hospital
Retirees Club.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Alan Harsha
Sr. & Dorothy Spratlan Harsha. Loving survivors include her
children, Shawn Bircheat (Ginger), Sharon Weaver (Gary);
grandchildren, Megan Watts (John), Shelby Bircheat, Tyler
Bircheat, Anna Payton Weaver, Chandler Weaver; brother, Joe
Harsha; sister, Janet Harsha Payson; nieces and nephews, Will
Harsha (Aimee), Brooke Harsha, Laura Wilson, and Amy Wilson.
Memorial Services will be on Monday, April 26, 2021 at 2:00pm at
Frazer UMC Chapel with visitation at 1:00pm. Dr. John Ed
Mathison and Rev. Neil Epler officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Frazer UMC- In
Christ’s Way Ministry in memory of Frances Bircheat.
