Jim,

You have been a savior to me in my darkest hour of life.  You took me from living homeless under a bridge and gave me a home and unconditional love when I needed it most.


Your encouragement to better myself led me to get a job, get my license back, helped me abide by probation, helped me keep my first dog Ceasar.  You were there for me when I needed somebody the most, no judgement.

When you left Washington I did not know what to do with myself, but I continued to grow and better myself with your encouragement as my backbone.  I am finally clean with a house full of kids thanks to you.  I would be dead or in prison if I had never met you.  I owe you an eternity of gratitude you are the kind loving man that I had the luck of meeting.

I had a co-worker I befriended that went to jail for almost a year (for drugs) while living in Indiana.  When he got out of jail, I gave him my couch to sleep on, fed him, clothed him and got him a job at my company.  He asked why I would help him asking nothing in return, I told him about you Jim.  I pass on the same kindness you showed me and will continue to for as long as I can.  He is still clean and doing great.

You gave me a second chance at life Jim.  I thank you so much for everything you did for me.  I will never meet another human as kind and loving as you, you have been an absolute blessing to have known you.  My family thanks you for all you have done for me and so many others.

I was lucky to have met and worked with Jim. He was a dear, loving, gentle man and I am glad we were friends.

I was blessed to meet Jim, work with him on diversity initiatives at Boeing, and  through that to call him friend. He was so kind, empathetic, gentle, and a gift to those who knew him. Truly a life well lived.

Im quite sad to see that Dear Jim has passed. I can still hear his laughter and recall many memories of our work together at Boeing. He was often tireless in his pursuit to have employees treated fairly. Please know his success was truly appreciated. Good Journey, Jim! Many thank yous from me and others! You did great.
