Jill Marie Brantley

Jill Marie Brantley, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, September 3, 2010. Jill was born in Montgomery, Al. on March 12, 1957 to Ernest and Frankie Brantley and spent years traveling with her family while her father was in the military. Later in life she moved to Texas to be near family and lived in Texas for many years until returning to her home in Alabama. Jill loved her niece, Tonya Marie Mittag and nephew, Ryan Brantley Mittag with all her heart. Her heart swelled with pride when a great niece, Jillian Marie Brantley Mittag and great nephew, Brayden Ryan Mittag came into her life. If you were Jill’s friend, you knew you had a friend. Special friends were Teresa Corbett and Jimmy Wood. Jill leaves behind her sister, Mary Brantley Mittag and brother-in-law, Carl F. Mittag; niece, Tonya M. Mittag; nephew, Ryan B. Mittag; great- niece Jillian Marie Mittag and great nephew, Brayden Ryan Mittag. She was preceded in death by her loving mother, Frankie Reville Brantley and loving father, Ernest W. Brantley, Jr. And a cousin, Terry Bishop Andrews. Jill is also survived by many cousins, friends and her beloved Brusier. Goliath is waiting at the rainbow bridge for Jill’s arrival while Brusier will be adopted by Jimmy Wood. A celebration of Jill’s life will be held at Leak Memory Chapel on Saturday, September 11, 2010 at 2:00 p. m.. We will mourn our tremendous loss of Jill while she is in the arms of our Lord. Heaven is now a brighter place.
