Kimberly Jean Eggers

Kimberly Jean Eggers, age 63, of Titus, Alabama passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2022. Kim was born December 27, 1958 in Selma, Alabama to Joseph Henry Metcalf and Betty Gene Campbell Metcalf. Kimberly was preceded in death by her parents and her sisters Romy Hill and Laura Langford. She is survived by her husband, Cecil Weldon Eggers; her sister Tammy Metcalf; her children Chrissy (Jeremy) Metcalf, Matthew (Jamie) Imler, Michael (Kelly) Eggers, and Brent (Nina) Eggers; grandchildren Cameron Metcalf, Ethan Ledbetter, Blakelyn Imler, Eleanor Imler, Lincoln Imler, Breanna Eggers, Madison Eggers and Graesyn Eggers as well as many nieces and nephews.

One of four daughters, Kim loved to shop. But her grandbabies really made her smile. Living on the lake, she was known to catch a few fish when Cecil baited her hook. Her warm and endearing smile welcomed all who came into her presence.

A visitation for Mrs. Eggers will be held Friday, March 18, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Leak Memory Chapel, 945 Lincoln Rd, Montgomery, Alabama 36109, followed by a celebration of life chapel service at 11:00 AM. Services will conclude with a graveside in Greenwood Cemetery.
