Kris Elizabeth Messick

Kris is survived by; her father John W. Messick and her mother Genye G. Messick; her sisters Kelli Messick and Melissa (Scott) Steward; her nephews Wes Steward and Mason Steward, her uncle John (Debbie) Gardner Sr. and John W. Gardner Jr.. She leaves behind countless aunts, uncles and cousins to cherish her memory.

Kris was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents W.A. and Viola Gardner and her paternal grandparents Joe Tom and Ella Mae Messick.

Miss Messick was known by her infectious love for everyone who knew her and her devotion to attending church with her bible in hand. The family is especially grateful for the love and care shared with her by her Sunday School teacher, Janice Nunnelly and the Eastern Hills Baptist Church family.

A visitation for Kris will be held Tuesday, November 26, 2019 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Eastern Hills Baptist Church, 3604 Pleasant Ridge Road, Montgomery, AL 36109, followed by a Celebration of Life beginning at 2:00 pm. Service will conclude afterwards at Forest Hills Cemetery in Snowdoun, AL.
