Lorraine Arcie Sellers, 74, passed away Tuesday, May 18, 2021. Born in Florida to Lee W. Newsome Sr. and Arcie Iona Harvey Newsome, she lived most of her life in Montgomery, Alabama. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Sellers; her parents and infant son but she is survived by her brothers Lee and Dean Newsome and her step-daughters Barbara and Marie.
Lorraine was a familiar face in the bakery department of Winn Dixie and later WalMart. She was active in the senior adult and music ministries of Heritage Baptist Church and known for her faithful attendance and servant's heart.
A visitation is set for Monday, May 24, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Leak Memory Chapel. A graveside service at Greenwood Cemetery will follow at 3:00 pm.
