Melanie Terry Graham

Melanie Terry Graham, 57, a resident of Montgomery, AL, passed away on Monday, July 23, 2018 at home surrounded by her family and friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 from 5:00PM – 7:00PM at Woodland United Methodist Church. A Celebration of Life memorial service will be on Thursday, July 26, 2018 at 11:00AM at Woodland United Methodist Church. Melanie was born in Moulton, Alabama to the late Wilford and Ruby Terry. She graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Social Work, and worked as a Social Worker for the State of Alabama. She loved taking pictures, scrapbooking and Auburn football, but most of all she loved her family. She touched many lives and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Melanie was preceded in death by her parents, Wilford Terry and Ruby Williams; uncle and aunt, Tennis and Mildred Terry; and niece, Mallory Hicks. She is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, Jere Graham; daughter, Lauren Graham; son, Will Graham; sister, Sherrie Berryman (Mark); brother in laws, Stan Graham, Jimmy Graham, Steve Graham (Catherine); sister in law, Clemice Hurst (Dale); and nieces and nephews, Tiffany Cunningham (Durman), Sienna Berryman, Heather Bishop (Kevin), Brandt Graham, Brandon Hurst, Beaty Hurst; great niece, Basil Hicks; and best friend Gina Pugh. Honorary pallbearers are Harold Brown, Patrick Brown, Beaty Hurst, Brandon Hurst, George Pugh, Bubba Pugh, Logan Coleman and Brandt Graham. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Montgomery Christian School, 3265 McGehee Rd., Montgomery, AL 36111 in memory of Melanie Graham.
