Merle Lee Morgan 93, of Montgomery, passed away Saturday, June 27, 2015. She was a wonderful wife and caring mother to her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She loved gardening and taking care of her family. Mrs. Morgan was preceded in death by her devoted husband James L. Morgan; she is survived by her children Jim Morgan, Beth Kaye, and Pat (Johnny) Moore, 7 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Tuesday June 30, 2015 from 1pm to 2pm at Leak Memory Chapel, with a Graveside service at 2pm at Greenwood Cemetery, with the Rev. Doyle Roberson officiating. The family would like to especially thank the real life angels at Angels for the Elderly, who took loving care of their mother and “her flowers” for the last ten years. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of Montgomery, who gave such special care to their mother in her last days. Services are being handled by Leak Memory Chapel.
