Morris Rineer Rylee

Morris ‘Pat’ Rineer Rylee, a resident of Montgomery, AL, passed away at the age of 101 on March 15, 2013 after a brief illness. He and his wife Edith were the owners of the Sugar Bowl in Millersville, PA from 1949 to 1962. They retired to St. Petersburg, FL where he played on several softball teams, including the famous Kids & Kubs until he was 95 when he moved to Montgomery. He was preceded in death by his parents, John & Florence (Myers) Rylee, his wife Edith Marie (Lanious) Rylee, his brothers Harry, William, Mike, Bud, Robert and sister Ruth. He is survived by his sister Gladys Cook; his sons Morris, William & John; his grandchildren Debbie Mease, Craig Rylee, Barbara Rylee, Janet Borghi, Jeanne Reist, Wendy Lane, Dawn Winkler, Jennifer Croyle & Amy Lambert; his great grand children Mindy Phillips, Andrew Ha, Julia Capone, Angela Borghi, Lisa Borghi, Daniel Reist, Aaron Reist, Hannah Reist, Timothy Reist, Nicholas Lane, Catherine Lane, Jacob Winkler, James Winkler, Jack Croyle, Gracie Croyle, Avery Lambert, Blake Lambert & Anna Lambert; and great-great grand children Rylee Reist & Isaiah Reist. Burial will be at Conestoga Memorial/Riverview Burial Park, Lancaster, PA, on a date yet to be scheduled.
