Dwyer, Richard E. 84 a resident of Wetumpka, Al passed away at home after an extended illness. He is preceded in death by his "Southern Belle" wife of 42 years, Betty J. Dwyer, son Otto C. Norris, Jr, daughter Deborah J. Barley and his parents Robert E and Annabelle Dwyer. He is survived by daughter Carol A. Belcher, 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Richard served 20 years in the United States Navy and was on duty for Operation Desert Shield.
