Ruby was preceded in death by her parents, Ben Till and Gertrude Johnson; her husband of 50 years, Charles Leon Gilmore Jr.; her daughters, Susie Gilmore and Sandy Milton; and her granddaughter, Christy McCarthy.
Ruby is survived by her son, Russ Gilmore (Lee); her daughter, Kim J. McCarthy (Robert); 4 brothers, 9 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ruby’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association.
