Niesen, Ruth Jarrett, 95, of Montgomery, Alabama, passed away May 5, 2014. She was a member of Dalraida Baptist Church and the Merry Widows. Survivors includer her son, Robert David Niesen (Beverly) of Orange Beach, Alabama; a grandson, David Matthew Niesen of Montgomery, Alabama; a granddaughter, Christy Niesen Bonner (Brad) of Tallassee, Alabama, and a great-grandchildren, Collier, Cole, and Drake. Honorary Pallbearers will be Merry Widows, Women on Missons, and the former staff members of Dalraida Baptist Church who served during the 32 years of Ruth's position as financial secretary. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 9, 2014, at 12 Noon at Leak Memory Chapel, followed by her Funeral Service at 1 PM also at Leak Memory. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
