Sandra was born on December 28, 1946 in Montgomery, AL. She loved to worship her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and was a member of Crossgates Baptist Church in Brandon, MS. She was a lover of family, shopping and sweets.
She was preceded in death by her father, Walter T. Capps, and mother, Evelyn Capps. She is survived by her sister, Barbara C. Mathews; nephew, Derek Mathews, niece, Jamie Mathews along with her children, Peyton Howard and Madison Mathews and uncle Joseph Harrell and aunt, Betty Harrell and several cousins.
A graveside service for Sandra will be held Sunday, March 2, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Alabama Heritage Cemetery, 10505 Atlanta Hwy, Montgomery, AL 36117.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Sandra's memory may be made to Samaritan's Purse.
