Sibyl Wright Yearby, 87, a resident of Montgomery, AL, passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2011. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, July 10, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. at White Chapel Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Mrs. Yearby worked for the State Department of Transportation for 26 years before she retired. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roman Clifford Yearby; her daughter, Yvonne Yearby Boles; her brothers, Charles, Joseph, William, and Calvin Wright. She is survived by her children, Roger Clifford Yearby (Charlotte), Lynn Yearby Saliba (Thomas), and Rebecca Lee Yearby Given (Daniel); grandchildren, Jarad and David Yearby, Caroline Sibyl Yearby Perkins (William), Nathaniel, Aaron and Josh Given, and Christina Leigh Goree Lasiter and Steven Ashley Saliba; and great grandchildren, Logan Kelly Potter and Michael Cameron Lasiter.
