JUDD, Troy Glen, “Rusty”, 59, a resident of Tuscaloosa and a former resident of Montgomery died Tuesday, November 20, 2012 in a Birmingham hospital. Graveside services will be 2PM Tuesday, November 27 at Greenwood Cemetery with visitation one hour prior to the service at Leak-Memory Chapel with Dr. Dallas Burdette officiating. Rusty was preceded in death by his father, Troy Glen Judd, Sr., mother, Martha Frank DeBray Estes, and brother, James DeBray Estes. Survivors include his step-father, James Maybrin Estes; two nieces, Mason Brittney Estes & Bailey Grace Estes; two half-sisters, Melinda Judd Snow & Lisa Judd Jones of Martinsburg, WV, and several cousins and extended family. Pallbearers will be Shelton Thornton, Travis Jean, Jimmy Copeland, Roy Copeland, John Lathan, Skip Lathan, and Alec Brame. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Montgomery Humane Society or to one’s favorite charity.
