With deep love and sadness the family announces the peaceful passing of Alice McConnell (nee Riches) at the age of 98. She passed away peacefully on October 27 2026 while in care at Father Dowd residence in Montreal Quebec.
Alice was a cherished mother, grandmother and great-grandmother whose warmth, kindness and loving presence touched the lives of all who knew her. She will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her family and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, 11 siblings, her beloved son Robbie; sons-in law Gordie and Frank and grandson Jason.
Alice leaves to cherish her memory her children, Alice, Shirley, Judy and Stephen as well as 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren and hers and Robbies beloved cat, Patches.
We will forever hold her in our hearts and treasure the many precious memories we have shared.
