With much sadness and gratitude for his life, the family of Angelo Lapenna announce his passing at home at the age of 93 on Sunday, August 30th 2026. He is survived and will be lovingly remembered by his sister, Maria Scolaro and by his nieces and nephews, Franca Scolaro (Michael), Michael Scolaro (Sue), Claudia Scolaro (Robert), Paula Scolaro (Andrew), Michael Lapenna (Sunghwa) and Remo.
He will also be fondly remembered by his grand-nephew Matthew and his grand-nieces Amanda, Jessica, Samantha, Emily, Lola and Gemma.
Angelo was pre-deceased by his father Michele Lapenna, his mother Antonietta Vincelli, his brother Cesare Lapenna (Letizia) and brother-in-law Salvatore Scolaro.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Angelo’s memory to the Jewish General Hospital would be appreciated.
