Carmela Gentile

July 30th, 1941 – September 29th, 2026

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our mother and grandmother Carmela Gentile Monticciolo, at the age of 85 years, beloved wife of 56 years of the late Mariano Monticciolo.

She will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by her sons Vincenzo (wife Dania) and Giuseppe (girlfriend Vania), her much loved grandchildren Gabriella Iryna, Gregory Mariano Michael and Justin Vincenzo, as well by many nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Visitation will take place at Centre funéraire Côte-des-Neiges, 4525 ch. de la Côte-des-Neiges, Montreal, QC, H3V1E7, CA, on October 8, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, and again from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

A Funeral Service will be held at Notre-Dame-de-la-Consolata Catholic Church (Italian), 1700 Rue Jean-Talon E, Montréal, QC, H2E 1T2, CA, on October 9, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Burial will follow at Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery, 4601 Chem. de la Côte-des-Neiges, Montréal, QC, H3V 1E7, CA, on October 9, 2026, from 2:15 pm to 2:45 pm.
