We knew Carolyn as a wise, kind, intuitively empathetic, and gracious lady. Her passing has been very sad for her Toronto cousins who, from time to time, were lucky to have her ear as she guided us past the small milestones associated with aging and loss . She had a warm heart and lots of perspective. She is very much missed! xoxo

Words cannot adequately express how much Carolyn will be missed by so many. She always listened to everyone’s point of view, never judging, always kind and understanding. She was an exemplary role model of grace and kindness. She was a godmother like no other. I will miss her dearly.
My deepest sympathies to the entire Tabah family.

Carolyn was such an amazing spirit, she always had a kind word when you needed it and a gentle laugh that made your heart smile. I will miss making her laugh with my silly jokes while doing her hair.
Always eager to help, she had a gift for making you feel appreciated and cared for which I will truly miss as I'm sure so many others will too.
Her ability to always project positivity, even when you knew she might be having a bad day, was inspiring. I learned so much from her and I will deeply miss our conversations.
To her family and friends, my deepest sympathies, her beautiful light will live on in our hearts.

With love and respect,

I am searching for words which can express all that Carolyn meant to me.
I am sure that nothing I can say will be enough.
She was such a grand and elegant soul.
She was so compassionate, full of love and laughter. I know an Angel has taken her beautiful soul into its wings and carried her to a peaceful and restful place.
May her soul Rest In Peace.
I know how much she loved and cared for her family, my sincere condolences are with you all,
Love Samantha

Carolyn came into my life when I was a child, and she helped me become the person I am today. She became like family to me, and I’ve always felt blessed to have her in my life. She battled her illness with courage, grace, and optimism. Always selfless, loving, and kind. She had such a powerful impact on so many lives. We lost an angel, who truly helped make the world a better place.
Thank you for being you. I will love you forever, Carolyn. Rest In Peace.

I am so deeply saddened to hear of Carolyn’s passing; she was one of a kind. I have known her for over 20 years and I will always be eternally grateful for her time, guidance, love and understanding. She was always there for me and would call me as soon as I needed her often to reassure me and provide me with great advice and all to often to just listen and be a shoulder to lean on.

I will truly miss you Carolyn and have been so blessed to have known you; I will never forget you.

To Carolyn’s family, I would like to express my sincerest condolences and to express how much I have appreciated Carolyn over these years; I will miss her dearly.

There are far too many wonderful words to describe dear Carolyn. She was indeed “one in a million”, and there will never be another quite like her. I stand alongside so many others she helped through difficult times, aware that I wouldn’t have been able to move on without her wise help and guidance, her enthusiasm and humour.

Carolyn was one of the kindest souls imaginable, and her keen interest in others was clear and genuine. What a lovely lady, what a lovely gift she was to all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.

To all of Carolyn’s family — brothers, cousins, nieces, nephews — I can only imagine how very much you will miss her. Please accept my heartfelt sympathy, and allow me to join in your sorrow
