Cathy Vultaggio

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Cathy Vultaggio, on December 20th, 2021. Loving Mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She passed away peacefully after a short and brave battle with cancer.

“Heaven gained an Angel when she left us”

Predeceased by her beloved husband Francesco, loving mother to Antonietta (Joe) and Prospero (Mary), very proud grandmother to Vincenzo, Francesco Antonino, Francesco Paolo, Catherine and Alessandro. She also leaves behind her sister Josie (Frank), brother Bartolomeo and many nephews and nieces whom she held dear to her heart.

She lived for and cherished all her time spent with her family, but especially her grandchildren. Full of life, she had an unquestionable love of all living things, and graced everyone she met with her great sense of humour. Always putting everyone else before herself, she will be dearly missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing her.

In lieu of flowers, the family will accept donations and will make an offering, in Cathy’s honour, to a charity of their choice.

Visitations will be held on Tuesday December 28th from 2:00-5:00 and 7:00-9:00 at Centre Funéraire Côte-Des-Neiges. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, her funeral held on Wednesday December 29th 10:00-11:15 will be limited to family members.
