A warm and caring mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Concetta was a person of great strength and loving energy whose memory shall forever remain in the hearts of those whose lives she touched. She will be missed but not forgotten, with her eternal light shining on through her family, friends and loved ones.
Concetta is survived by her children, Giuseppe, Gaetano, and Giuseppa and their spouses, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Raimondo Vizzi (2000).
In lieu of flowers, a choice of donation can also be made to the Catherine Booth Hospital.
