Eddie Kam-Yiu Wan

Eddie was a fighter. He faced so much with incredible strength, determination and resilience. No matter what was put in front of him, he kept going.

He leaves behind his loving wife, Helen, of nearly 50 years; his daughter Vanessa (Kyle); his granddaughters, Nylah and Reya, whom he absolutely adored; his son Tristan (Estelle); and his many brothers and sisters, along with a large extended family who loved him deeply. He meant so much to so many and will be greatly missed.

Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Thursday, September 17, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Centre funéraire Côte-des-Neiges. There will be no formal service.

The family kindly requests no flowers. Your presence, love and support are more than enough. Those wishing to honour Eddie’s memory with a donation may donate to the MUHC Foundation in support of cardiology, or to a charity of their choice.
