

Ms. Ivyline Roberta Fleming, affectionately known as "Ms. Fleming," passed away at the remarkable age of 101. Born in Manchester, Jamaica, she lived a long and purposeful life marked by service, grace, and unwavering devotion to her family and community.
Ms. Fleming was a leader in her community and a woman of class and dignity. She was known for her generous spirit and willingness to always lend a helping hand to those in need. Her kindness touched countless lives, and her legacy of compassion will continue to inspire all who knew her.
She was preceded by her parents, George Egbert Cocket and Rachel Fleming and her beloved children—Hazel Nickle, Linda Waite, Sonia Weddemire, and Cleveland Weddemire; survived her brother, George Hepburn; daughters Ruth Waite and Shirley Evans, ; 13 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and 9 great-great-grandchildren, along with a host of other relatives, friends and community allies.

Her century of life was a testament to strength, love, and service. Though she will be deeply missed, her spirit lives on in the hearts of her large and loving family and the community she served so faithfully.
