C’est avec une immense peine que nous vous annonçons le départ de Jacques Guertin, le 11 mai dernier, à Montréal. Il était entouré de son épouse qu’il aimait tant, Hélène Groulx, de ses filles adorées et de ses précieux petits-enfants.
Il a transmis sa passion pour les arts visuels, la musique, les voyages et les sports à chacun de ses petits-enfants.
Nous garderons toujours d’heureux souvenirs d’un homme enjoué, résilient, sociable, charmant et amoureux de la vie.

Nous remercions chaleureusement le personnel hospitalier de l’Hôpital Général Juif pour les soins exceptionnels et humanitaires fournis à Jacques. Des dons à l’hôpital Général Juif seraient appréciés. Une célébration de la vie de Jacques aura lieu à une date ultérieure.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jacques Guertin, on May 11th, in Montreal. Hélène Groulx, his wife whom he loved so much, his adored daughters and his precious grandchildren surrounded him.
He transmitted his passion for visual arts, music, travelling and sports to each of his grandchildren.
We will always have happy memories of a playful, resilient, sociable and charming man who loved life.
