It is with great sadness that we announced the passing of our mother Josefina Miranda Ferreira, at the young age of 96 years old. She passed away peacefully on June 27th 2026, in her sleep, living behind two (2) sons: Philip Rui Ferreira (late Siobhan O’Brien) and Jorge Humberto Ferreira (Loriana Fiori Ferreira).
She also leaves behind for (4) grandchildren: Liam Philip Ferreira, Kathleen Meghan Ferreira (Brian), Nicola Cesario Fiori Ferreira and Cristiano Joaquim Fiori Ferreira.
The family will receive condolences at the Centre funéraire Côte-des-Neiges on Thursday, July 9, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with a funeral Mass immediately following at 12:00 PM. Mrs. Josefina Miranda Ferreira will then be laid to rest at the Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery at 1:15 PM.
