Joe will be immensely missed by his dear family and all those who knew him. He was a great man, and it was always a pleasure chatting with him during family gatherings.

We were so very sad to learn of Joe’s passing. We were good friends in our University years and early marriages and have the best memories of Joe.  He was so nice, so smart and  so wise...way beyond his years. We were both Philosophy Majors and Joe enlightened and inspired me on many occasions. I ran into him about 10 years ago and he looked exactly the same and had the same gentle demeanour. Our deepest sympathies to his children and all his family.  Rest In Peace, dear old friend.
