Lemore Albertha (Peters) Bibby

It is with profound sadness and much love that the family of beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, Lemore Bibby, announces her passing on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at the age of 74.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 51 years, Errol; her children, Brendon (Melissa), Lesley, and Aaron (Stephanie); and her cherished grandchildren, Evan, Nalia, Zara, Zion, and Zachary. She is also survived by her sisters, Cynthia, Carmel, Beulah, Irma, and Zanda; her brother, John; and numerous relatives and friends.

Lemore was predeceased by her parents, Livingstone Peters and Lauren Sween; and her siblings, Joseph and Denys “Eric.”

She will be fondly remembered for her unique laugh, her warm and generous spirit, her unwavering kindness, and her deep devotion to God, her family, and her friends, touching the lives of all who knew her.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2026, from 2:00–5:00 p.m. and 7:00–9:00 p.m. at Collins Clarke Funeral Home, 5610 Sherbrooke Street West, Montreal, QC H4A 1W5.

A funeral service will take place on Friday, March 6, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., also at Collins Clarke Funeral Home.

Interment will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Rideau Cemetery, 4239 Sources Boulevard, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, QC H9B 2A6.

The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the Nephrology staff at Lakeshore General Hospital for their years of care and compassion.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Lemore’s memory may be made to The Kidney Foundation of Canada – Division du Québec in support of polycystic kidney disease research.
