Lucia (Derosa) Russo

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lucia Russo (née Derosa) on February 11th, 2022 at the age of 85. Lucia is survived by her husband Angelo, and her three children, Bart (Ida), Anna (Robert) and Frank (Sandra). Loving grandmother of Eric, Alana (Alessandro), Marie-Michèle, Anthony, Justin, Alexia, and Matteo. Lucia will also be greatly missed by her numerous relatives and friends both in Canada and Italy.

Visitation will be held at the Centre Funéraire Côte-des-Neiges, 4525, chemin de la Côte-des-Neiges Montréal, Québec H3V1E7 on Tuesday February 22nd from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. On Wednesday February 23rd from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, followed by the funeral service in the chapel at 1:00 pm. Internment will be held in the mausoleum Sainte-Marguerite d’Youville at the Notre-Dame-des Neiges Cemetery, 4601, chemin de la Côte-des-Neiges, Montréal, Québec H3V1E7.

The family would like to thank the staff of the Centre d’Hébergement de LaSalle for their care and dedication.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes a donation in Lucia’s memory to the Alzheimer Society of Montréal.
