It is with great sadness that the family of
Luciana Piccioni announces her passing after
a long battle of cancer, on January 1, 2017 at
the age of 58. She will forever be
remembered as a loving and devoted mother,
sister and aunt. She will fondly be
remembered by everyone whose life she has
touched with her uplifting spirit. She leaves to
mourn her precious daughter Christina,
beloved brother Pietro (Nancy), beloved
sister Rita (Jim), nieces Amanda and Melissa,
uncles, aunts and cousins. She was
predeceased by her loving parents, Donato
and Concetta. The viewing will be held at
Centre funeraire Cote-des-Neiges (4525,
Chemin Cote-des-Neiges) on Tuesday,
January 3 from 7 to 10 p.m. Funeral service
at Saint Raymond’s Parish (5765 rue
Saint-Jacques Ouest) on Wednesday,
January 4, 2016 at 11 a.m. The family of
Luciana wishes to thank all family and friends
for all their love and support. A heartfelt
thank you to Dr. Zang and the Palliative Care
staff at the Royal Victoria Hospital for their
constant, attentive treatment. May God rest
her soul in peace.
