Lucio Delli Colli

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our cherished Lucio Delli Colli on 29 September 2025. Lucio is mourned and will be lovingly remembered by his nephews, Luciano, Antony (Christina Mitri) and Marco (Aline Abboud) Sudano, his grand nieces Livia and Mia Sudano, his brother-in-law Angelo Sudano and his cousins near and far.

Lucio was the cherished son of the late Antonio Delli Colli and Cristina Pariselli and the younger sibling of his much beloved sister, the late Livia Delli Colli Sudano.

An engineer by profession, Lucio enjoyed and took pride in resolving challenging issues that arose in the course of his work. His early love of chess was followed by a lifelong fascination with and dedication to computer technology, which was evident to all who knew him. Less well known were his passion for the study of planets and space in general, and his fascination as a youngster with the world of wrestling which led him to follow UFC events in his later years.

Lucio was reserved and perceptive, a gentle soul who never had an unkind word for others. He was thoughtful, kind and understanding with whomever he encountered. He left us far too suddenly and far too young, and he will be remembered very fondly by all whose lives he touched.

As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the Canadian Cancer Society.
