Husband to the late Maria Di Lonardo (Di Girolamo), he leaves to mourn his children the late Diomira (Alfonso), Libero Giuseppe Antonio (Shirley), Franca (Patrick), grandchildren Steven (Tara), Lisa (Norry), Salvatore, Giuseppe Mario George, Michael Anthony, Alexander Vitale, Anthony (Alexandra) and Amanda, great-grandchildren Alessia Fiorina, Arianna Maria, Romeo, Damian, Gianni as well as many other relatives and friends.
The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the amazing staff at Saint Andrew Residential Centre for the care they provided him especially in his final days. Their compassion, dedication and support will forever be in our hearts. We found comfort in knowing he was surrounded by their love and care until the very end.
Visitations will take place at the Collins Clarke MacGillivray White funeral home (5610 Sherbrooke St W, Montreal QC H4A1W5) on Monday, January 6 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
A funeral service will take place at the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, January 7 at 12pm.
Mario’s final resting place will be at the Notre Dame des Neiges cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice.
