GOLDBERG, Steven Jack 80 y.o., passed away on May 21st, 2026, at the Lakeshore General Hospital, following a sudden illness. Born December 15th, 1945, in Montreal, QC, to the late Arthur and Beatrice Goldberg (KORN), Steve was a group insurance broker, who founded and ran F & G Benefit Agency from 1990-2016. He served in the Canadian Forces Reserves (RCA) from 1963-1988, attaining the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, and was a past president of the Royal Canadian Artillery Association, as well as a board member of the Artillery Association of Montreal. He was also a longtime Scout Leader and volunteer with Scouts Canada. He was predeceased by his wife, Alana (FALLON), and survived by sister Janet (Jay), sons Daniel (Emily), Matthew (Katherine) and Joshua (Tamara), his 7 grandchildren (Luke, Sadie, Ella, Owen, Logan, Griffin, and Audrey), and his dogs (Kuiper and Guinness). A memorial service will be announced at a future date.
