Susan Fein

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Susan Fein, who left us on November 27, 2024, at the age of 75. Susan was born on December 18, 1948, to Karl Fein and Gladys Price. She was a loving sister to Ron (Gisele) and was predeceased by her parents, as well as her sister Barbra and niece Heather.

A long-time employee of the Canadian National Railway, Susan dedicated much of her life to her work and was known for her hard work and commitment. Outside of her career, she was a passionate volunteer, often making sandwiches for the homeless, and her love for helping others was evident in everything she did. She was an avid cat lover and enjoyed making quilts for friends and family, always finding ways to give back with her time and talents.

Susan’s spirit was one of constant motion—always active, always on the go, and always looking for ways to care for those around her. She was a kind-hearted, generous, and caring individual who will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and those whose lives she touched with her compassion.

Susan is survived by her brother Ron, and she will be remembered fondly by her extended family and many dear friends. Her legacy of kindness, generosity, and love will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew her.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
