Billy Ray Moser was a 24 year retired Air Force M. Sgt., serving in Vietnam and Desert Storm wars. Billy Ray worked on big airplanes and knew them better than working on his car.
Billy Ray was a loving husband and father who enjoyed having great BBQ’s and hanging out with family and friends.
Those left to cherish his memory are loving wife, Marjorie Moser; children, Lisa Cooper (deceased), Raymond Moser (Florida), Desirae McIntyre (North Carolina) and Chante Moser (California); brother, Donald Moser (North Carolina); 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
A Committal Service will be held Friday, October 13th at 10:00 A.M. at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside, California. A visitation for Billy Ray will be held Saturday, October 7, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Miller Jones Mortuary and Crematory, 23618 Sunnymead Blvd., Moreno Valley, California.
