Pearly Mae Davis-Spencer was born in Shreveport, Louisiana, on April 12, 1949, to J.B. Bell and Bertha Jefferson. She had three siblings: Joyce Lewis, Jean Bell, and Derrek Bell. In 1968, she married David Spencer and together had six children. After losing her husband, David, to sickness, she later married Robert Davis in 1999, where they both enjoyed the company of their children and grandchildren in Moreno Valley, CA, for many years. She worked as both a notary public and a Reservation Agent for Amtrak. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert L. Davis, and her former husband, David Spencer Sr. She also joins her sons, Isaiah Spencer and David Spencer Jr., who passed away before her. She is survived by her four children, Solomon, Ishmael, Rachel, and Eve, and several grandchildren.
A memorial service for Pearly will be held Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Miller-Jones Mortuary and Crematory, 23618 Sunnymead Blvd, Moreno Valley, CA 92553.
