A retired high school math teacher, Victor was passionate about education and inspired many students throughout his career. Beyond the classroom, he dedicated time to teaching Tai Chi and Kung Fu, sharing his love for martial arts with others. He also enjoyed painting and archery, as well as traveling to new places and experiencing different cultures. His adventurous spirit and curiosity led him to explore many destinations throughout his life.
He is survived by his son, Joseph; his daughter, Grace Canada; and four grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held as a joint service with Jane Kim. A service to honor and remember Victor will take place on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Korean Christian Church, located at 1832 Liliha Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96817. A reception will immediately follow in the Fellowship Hall.
Victor’s kindness, wisdom, and love will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
