Frank was a resident of Morgan City, Louisiana.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his brothers, Everett Smith, Edwin Johnson, Carlos Johnson, all of Morgan City, Louisiana, and Johnny Smith of Lafayette, Louisiana; along with nieces, nephews, Church family and friends.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Raymond Smith and Bessie Mae Steele-Smith.
