Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until Celebration of Life at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at Good Hope Baptist Church 908 Washington Patterson, Louisiana. Burial will follow in the Ibert's Cemetery Patterson, Louisiana.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his three daughters, Ashly (Andre) Gaskins-Bennett of Baker, Louisiana, Skylar Diggs of Patterson, Louisiana, Cijji Scott of Franklin, Louisiana; one son, Quan Scott of Franklin, Louisiana; four brothers, Ronny R. (Sandra) Turner, Stanley (Delores) Turner, Earthell (Shirley) Turner, all of Patterson, Louisiana, and Pastor Mitchell (Alicia) Williams of Morgan City, Louisiana; his sister, Avis (Charles) Phillips of Patterson, Louisiana; eight grandchildren; one great grandson, along with a host of family and friends.
Sterling was preceded in death by his parents, Evelyn G. Williams and Mitchell Williams, Sr.; and his neice, Shanqualla Turner-Thompson.
