Bob achieved the rank of Eagle Scout and was a graduate of Lakeshore High School in Stevensville, Mi. He received a degree in Economics from Grand Valley State College in 1971 and earned a Master's Degree in Project Management from Western Carolina University in 1994.
Throughout his career, he resided in many states and moved to Morganton, North Carolina in 1993. Bob retired from Continental Teves in 2011 as an Enterprise Resource Manager.
