David Lynn Rogers

DAVID L. ROGERS, age 34 of Morristown, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 22, 2012 at his residence. He was a member of Bible View Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Walter and Birdie Russell and Carolyn Moore, uncles; Tracey Clark, Walter Russell Sr, Arlie Russell, Tony Russell and Hubert Russell, nephews; Neyland Kuykendall and cousin; Kenneth Russell. David is survived by his son; Austin Rogers, daughter; Laila Rogers, ex-wife; Carla Rogers, mother and stepfather; Patricia and Vernon Clark, father and stepmother; David Wayne and Paula Rogers, grandmother; Fannie Clark, brother; Joshua (Earline) Rogers, sisters; Crystal Kuykendall and Destiny King Clark, nieces and nephews; Eli Kuykendall, Joshua Rogers, Jordan Rogers, Haden and Jaden Rogers, several special cousins including; Wayne Russell Jr, several aunts and uncles, special friends; D.U. (Lamont) Young and Melinda Young and a host of friends. The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 25, 2012 from 6 to 9 p.m. in the chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 26, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the sanctuary of Greene’s Chapel Baptist Church with the Rev. Jack Greene and the Rev. Troy Duncan officiating.
