Dorothy Ball Ford, age 68, of Morristown, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 31, 2013 at Lakeway Regional Hospital. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She was preceded in death by her parents, Guy T. and Velma Ball; brother, Lemuel Ball; brother-in-law, James Ford; and niece, Lisa Ford. Survivors include her loving son, Adam Ford and fiancé, Kacie Hightower; loving daughter, Rachel Ford Hood; grandchildren, Matthew S. Ford and Tristan Hood; sister, Wanda Ford; special cousins, Roechella Johnson and Argelle Kinsler; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home on Sunday, November 3, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. with Dean Ford and Helm Sexton officiating. Family and friends will meet in Hamblen Memory Gardens on Monday at 12:45 p.m. for a 1:00 p.m. graveside service. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday evening from 5 – 7:00 p.m. prior to the services. Stubblefield Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
