

He was an amazing and loving husband, father and grandfather. He loved people and spending time with his family and friends, always asking for them to come over to the house and cook out and fellowship. He enjoyed listening to all types of music and always wanted to learn to play guitar.
Curt was an auto body repair man for most of his life, having retired from Rusty Wallace and Extreme Collision Center.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Arthur and Gertrude Gulley, son: Tony (Peggy) Gulley, brother: Bobby Gulley and sister: Della Greene.
Curt is survived by the love of his life for 68 years, Amelia "Ann" Free Gulley; son and daughter-in-law: Randy and Tammy Gulley, who was the advocate for the care of his father. Randy is a wonderful son and took loving care of his father. Grandchildren: Toni (Drew) Estes, Christi Gulley, Jerrica (Ryan) Coulter and Miranda (Josh) Archer; great grandchildren: Amya O'Rourke, Keelyn Burnett, Penelope Estes, Kennedy Asbury and Jaxson Archer. Sisters: Libby Sexton, who helped take such good care of him and Charlotte Scearce. Several nieces and nephews.
His family would like to say a special thank you to Heather and the nurses with Gentiva Hospice and at Jefferson Health and Rehab Center for the wonderful care and support they provided.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, April 3, 2025 at 2:00 PM in Hamblen Memory Gardens with Rev. Ross Woody officiating.
