Denise McGuire

She was born in Lake Charles on March 26, 1971 and lived most of her life in Westlake. She was a graduate of Westlake High School and Sowela Technical College. She worked as an accountant and bookkeeper for various small businesses in southwest Louisiana. She was an avid reader, loved watching History programs and traveling to historical places. She was also involved in researching Genealogy. Denise was a loving daughter, niece and friend.

She is survived by her father, Richard Lloyd McGuire and wife Glenda of Westlake; mother, Sherry Ann McCrary McGuire of Westlake; brother, Richard McGuire and wife Yvonne of Moss Bluff; niece and nephews, Trent McGuire, Bayleigh McGuire and Jacob McGuire of Moss Bluff; uncles, Oliver McGuire and Vernon McGuire of Westlake.

Visitation will be Saturday, May 19, 2018 from 9am until 8pm and resume Sunday from 11am until time of service at Hixson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff. Funeral Service will be Sunday at 2pm at the funeral home. Oliver McGuire will officiate. Burial will follow at Westlake Memorial Park Cemetery.
