Rita Essex a 12 year residence of Scarsdale, N.Y. passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2012. She was 82 years old. Rita was born in the Bronx, New York on May 7, 1930 and was the daughter of Joseph and Celia Fox. She is survived by her loving daughter Caryn Schneider and her son-in-law Richard. a 2:00 p.m. chapel service is scheduled for Friday.
