Sandra Day

Sandra Wach Day, born December 19, 1963, in Murray, Utah, passed away on May 26, 2026, leaving behind a life marked by devotion, kindness, and enduring love for her family. She was a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend whose presence brought warmth and love to those around her.

Sandra was preceded in death by her father, Boyd Eugene Wach. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Albert Arthur “Artie” Day II, whose partnership with her was a lasting example of commitment and companionship. She is also survived by her children, Ashley (Ben) Phenix, Allan, Alisa (Carl) Virgin, Adrianne (David) Larsen, Angela (Stephen) Norris, Autumn (Cullen Flaherty) Day, Aaron, and Amelia; 13 grandchildren, Dakota Phenix, Ryan Phenix, Imogen Day, Dalton Phenix, Madilyn Phenix, Everest Virgin, Lochlan Virgin, Spencer Larsen, Charlotte Norris, Lily Virgin, Lincoln Norris, Finn Virgin, and James Larsen; her mother, DeAnn Losee Wach; and by her 9 siblings, Katherine, Karen, Jody, Ken, Monica, Tony, Terry, David, and Becca.

A service for Sandra will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 6401 Westwind Way, Crestwood, Kentucky 40014 on June 1, 2026 at 11AM followed by a graveside service at Floydsburg Cemetery – Duncan Memorial.
