William “Shane” Marlow, 53, of Muncie, passed away on March 24, 2025, at his residence. He was born in Muncie, Indiana on November 8, 1971, to Bill James and Carol (Cox) Marlow. Shane married Theresa Haupt on March 25, 2006, and she survives.
Shane’s greatest passion was fishing. He worked in yards doing various landscaping jobs throughout his life. Shane enjoyed playing with his grandson, who was his pride and joy. He loved his mother and was known to be a bit spoiled. He loved his family and his dogs, Sky and Arian.
Shane is survived by his loving wife, Theresa; mother, Carol; stepchildren, Nicholas Killinen and Nona Lacey; grandson, Jayden; sister, Robin Huffman; stepbrother, Derek Hill; half-brother, Shawn Marlow; brother-in-law, Michael (Michelle) Haupt; and aunt, Susie (John) Himes.
He was preceded in passing by his dad, Bill, and aunt, Betty.
No services are scheduled at this time. Elm Ridge Funeral Home has been entrusted with cremation.
