Alma Lorene Anderson, age 76, of Smyrna, passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2015, at her home surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Anderson was the daughter of the late Fred B. and Gertie Williams Allen. She is survived by her husband, Donald Anderson, children, Timmy (Kim) Hedgecoth, Alvin Hedgecoth, III, and Jessica Hedgecoth (Bobby Albright); brothers, Howard (Billie) and Henry (Bernice) Allen; grandchildren, Jamie Peake, Michael Moriarty, and Joshua Mann and Tamica Hedgecoth (Bruce); and several great grandchildren. A Celebration of Mrs. Anderson’s life will be Wednesday afternoon at One O’clock at Roselawn Funeral Home with Rev. Joe Elliott officiating. Placement will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. She was preceded in death by three children, Alvin Odell Hedgecoth, II, Donald Ray Knipfer, Sr., Cheryl Elise Flanagan and grandson, Donald Ray Knipfer, Jr. Mrs. Anderson was a member of Creekmont Baptist.
