Gerald Derek McCall, age 53, of Lavergne, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday morning, February 18, 2025. Derek was the son of Billie Martin McCall and the late Jerry Selton McCall, who passed away on February 2, 2025.
Derek is survived by his wife, Jennifer Pennington McCall; son, Jonathan McCall and his wife Kaily; mother, Billie McCall; brothers, Jeff McCall and Scott McCall; sister, Debbie Geddes and her husband Jeff; father-in-law, John Pennington; brother-in-law, James Pennington and his wife Trisha. He also had several nieces and nephews.
Derek loved fishing, having weekly breakfasts with his son, driving his semi truck, and spending any free time he had with his wife.
He had a heart of gold and will be greatly missed by all but never forgotten.
A Celebration of Derek's Life is planned for 5:30pm on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at Roselawn Funeral Home with gathering to begin at 5:00pm.
