James D. Ritchie, age 62, of Murfreesboro, passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2016 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital. He was the son of the late Dean Lenair and DeJay Johnson Ritchie. James is survived by two daughters and their husbands, Kristy and Matthew Block and Amanda and Scott Powers; son, Nathan Ritchie; sisters, Jeannine Ritchie, Heather Ritchie and Eva Delores Force; brothers, Duane Ritchie and Ian and Kathy Ritchie. Services to celebrate James will be at Three O’clock the afternoon of Thursday, October 27, 2016 at Roselawn Funeral Home. Placement will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
